Honu Hale - Turtle House was created for guests who want to experience all the upscale furnishings and amenities they would expect from a fine resort in a private and authentic Hawaiian style beach home.  It is positioned in a very desirable location - only 200 feet from the sand. Sunset Beach is one of the most picturesque beaches in the world featuring vibrant sunsets, epic surfing, endless sun bathing and the safe "Mother’s Beach" where the children play and swim.

This exquisite home has been carefully "re-crafted" from an authentic Hawaiian beach home circa 1930s. The new state of the art appliances including Bosch dishwasher, gourmet range, microwave and large side-by-side refrigerator enhance the original Hawaiian style of the home. Granite counters and restored hard wood floors finish the interior in luxury.

Beautiful solid teak furnishings, leather queen sofa bed and island paintings make this home ideal for guests looking for casual elegance. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils and a BBQ to allow guests to create their own island feasts.

The bedrooms and loft are bright and airy with island style ceiling fans in each. New plush beds covered in beautiful Hawaiian quilts make for a wonderful night’s sleep. The master bedroom is very special with its solid Koa wood bed and glass doors to a private deck with lounge and bistro table. The master bedroom deck offers views of the tropical mountains.

The master bathroom is clad in ivory travertine and the oversized shower for two features a "Rain" head to recreate those warm island showers. The master bath has French doors that open out to another private deck where couples can sit on the teak love seat to enjoy views of the sunset and listen to the surf.

"Honu Hale" has a large covered lanai furnished with new patio furniture and a stainless steel BBQ perfect for evening dining and enjoying views of the palm trees and tropical mountains. An outdoor shower for guests returning from the beach and full laundry facilities are provided.

"Honu Hale" is joined by a "Lock off" door to a beautiful "Hawaiian Style" Studio, which is designed to allow for private occupancy or expansion of the main house to sleep up to 10 guests when the studio is rented together with the main house.
